Ninh Binh revokes decision to appoint 3 deputy directors of department

Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc signed a decision to revoke the transfer and appointment decisions of 3 deputy directors of the department.

At the end of February, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc, Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, signed a decision to revoke the previous transfer and appointment decisions for 3 department-level leaders, including Mr. Do Van Phong, Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism; Mr. Duong Viet Yen, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; and Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism.

Previously, on February 21, the Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee signed a decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism; Mr. Do Van Phong, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism; Mr. Duong Viet Yen, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports from March 1.

It is known that the decision to transfer and appoint was revoked because the three officials above had submitted applications for early retirement according to Decree 178.
