Speaking at the opening of the Conference, comrade Doan Van Chi stated: The Conference to thoroughly grasp, deploy and study the topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on great solidarity, building a clean and strong Party and political system, contributing to the successful organization of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term" is a very important and extensive political activity with profound practical significance, aiming to create a strong change in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in the industry on the basic contents of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on great solidarity, building a clean and strong Party and political system, contributing to the successful organization of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; At the same time, enhance the responsibility and obligation of each cadre, party member and civil servant in studying the 2025 Topic, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Bloc and Department Party Committees for the 2020-2025 term, towards successfully organizing the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. At the same time, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee requested that Party cell committees at all levels continue to focus on thoroughly grasping and imbuing Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on great national unity, on Party building and the political system among cadres and party members working at the Party Cell. At the conference, the party members were presented by Reporter Nguyen Thi Thanh Chuyen - Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department, with a topic consisting of 2 parts: Part 1: Ho Chi Minh's moral ideology and style on strengthening the great national unity bloc, building a clean and strong Party and political system; Part 2: Applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology on great national unity, building a clean and strong Party and political system to meet the requirements of the new period.

In particular, focusing on analyzing the core contents of Ho Chi Minh's thought on great national unity, on Party building and rectification work; vividly connecting with specific evidence from his life, great career and shining style and morality; at the same time, drawing lessons to apply Ho Chi Minh's thought, style, morality and lifestyle to strengthen the great national unity bloc, build a clean and strong Party and political system, associated with the implementation of Resolution 18 and the Central Committee's Conclusions on continuing to arrange and streamline the apparatus of the political system in the province at present./.
