Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan works with Nam Tra My district

On the morning of April 1, Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan worked with Nam Tra My district and related departments, agencies and sectors, listening to reports on the implementation of national target programs in the district.

According to the People's Committee of Nam Tra My district: from the beginning of the year, the locality has focused on implementing tasks to effectively implement the national target programs, especially the allocation and disbursement of capital. In 2025, the total public investment capital plan of the district is more than 107 billion VND, 100% of the capital has been allocated to project categories, disbursed 5.9 billion VND, reaching a rate of 5.21%. Particularly for career capital, the province has just allocated capital to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction with an amount of 6.4 billion VND. The People's Committee of the district has allocated 100% of the capital plan to agencies and units for implementation.

The career capital of the remaining 2 National Target Programs has not yet been allocated to the District People's Committee. For the capital extended from previous years to 2025, the district continues to transfer the source with a total capital of more than 150 billion VND. Of which, the investment capital disbursement is 9.7 billion VND.

According to Vice Chairman of Nam Tra My District People's Committee Tran Van Man, as a mountainous district, when implementing national target programs, there are many difficulties and obstacles. Site clearance work has not been resolved quickly, affecting the progress of project construction. Coordination in resolving difficulties and obstacles for investors is sometimes not timely, affecting the progress of projects. There is a shortage of construction materials, especially construction sand. The announced unit price of materials is not close to the market, also affecting the progress of projects.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan also represented the leaders of the provincial departments and branches to listen and discuss, finding ways to remove obstacles and difficulties in implementing national target programs in Nam Tra My district.
