New impetus for Vietnam - Philippines relations

On the morning of January 30, the official welcoming ceremony for the President of the Republic of the Philippines was solemnly held at the Presidential Palace. Immediately after the State welcoming ceremony at the Presidential Palace, President Vo Van Thuong held talks with President of the Philippines Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr.
