Strictly handle violations, return traffic safety corridor in Dong Loc commune

Regarding the content of some people's reflection on a cadastral officer of Dong Loc commune (Hau Loc) building encroaching on the traffic safety corridor, on the afternoon of October 1, Thanh Hoa Newspaper reporters were present at Dong Loc commune to clarify the content of the incident as well as the direction of the locality.

The house of Mr. and Mrs. Le Xuan Bon and Tran Thi Ha, Nhan Hau village, Dong Loc commune (Hau Loc) was reported by local people to be encroaching on traffic safety corridor land. Currently, the violating part is being dismantled.

Mr. Le Van Luong, Chairman of Dong Loc Commune People's Committee, said: In recent days, the locality has received feedback from a number of local residents and press agencies with the following content: People expressed their anger about the fact that the family of Ms. Tran Thi Ha (a cadastral officer of Dong Loc Commune, in charge of construction) had built and encroached on nearly 100 square ^meters of traffic safety corridor land but was not handled...

After receiving the information, Dong Loc Commune People's Committee promptly verified and clarified whether or not there was illegal construction, encroachment on the traffic safety corridor of the household of Mr. and Mrs. Le Xuan Bon (household head) and Tran Thi Ha (commune cadastral officer) with permanent residence in Nhan Hau village, Dong Loc commune.

After checking the actual situation, the locality confirmed that the content of the incident related to Mrs. Tran Thi Ha's household was true. Mr. Le Xuan Bon's household in Nhan Hau village violated the construction regulations, shooting the corrugated iron roof onto the corridor of DH8 road, an area managed by the State.

Therefore, on the afternoon of September 27, the People's Committee of Dong Loc commune held a meeting between the Chairman of the People's Committee, the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee, the commune's land officer (Ms. Tran Thi Ha) and Mr. Le Xuan Bon (representative of the household). The locality requested Mr. Le Xuan Bon's family to seriously and urgently dismantle and return the violated area and required the family to complete the work before October 1, 2024. The People's Committee of Dong Loc commune assigned the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Loc commune to directly direct, monitor and urge the dismantling work to be carried out within the prescribed time.

Currently, Mr. Le Xuan Bon's family has dismantled the illegal construction according to the request of the Commune People's Committee.

By the afternoon of October 1, the family of Mr. Le Xuan Bon and Ms. Tran Thi Ha had basically completed the demolition of the illegal construction.

Mr. Le Van Luong, Chairman of Dong Loc Commune People's Committee said: "In the coming time, the locality will continue to strengthen inspection, detection and timely and strict handling of violations. Dong Loc Commune will continue to implement the plan to clear road traffic safety corridors and handle violations of road traffic infrastructure according to the plan of Hau Loc District People's Committee and the plan issued by the Commune People's Committee, strictly implement state management in the field of land; promote propaganda work to create changes in awareness of all classes of people in the area about the protection of road traffic infrastructure.

Regarding the case of the household of Mr. Le Xuan Bon and Ms. Tran Thi Ha (officials and party members managed by the commune), it is expected that on October 4, the Commune People's Committee will hold a meeting, organize a review, clarify the responsibilities of the relevant collectives and individuals and report the implementation results to the Hau Loc District People's Committee.

Dong Loc Commune People's Committee closely supervises the dismantling of constructions violating traffic safety corridors for the household of Mr. Le Xuan Bon and Ms. Tran Thi Ha.

On the afternoon of October 1, Thanh Hoa Newspaper reporters were present at the home of Mr. Le Xuan Bon in Nhan Hau village. Mr. Bon's house is located near Dong Loc commune office and Dong Loc secondary school. The corrugated iron roof in front of the house has now been cleared. Workers are demolishing the fence surrounding the front of the house. The progress of dismantling and restoring the traffic corridor for the road has been basically completed.

Talking to Thanh Hoa Newspaper reporters, Mr. Le Xuan Bon said: After the people reported and the leaders of Dong Loc Commune People's Committee propagandized and pointed out the violations, my family voluntarily complied, urgently and voluntarily dismantled the violations, and returned the original area according to regulations.

Previously, on September 30, Hau Loc District People's Committee issued Document No. 2831/UBND-KTHT to Dong Loc Commune People's Committee requesting verification and clarification of illegal construction in the commune according to the content reported by people and the press.
