On the evening of March 28, in Da Lat city, the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union organized the 13th Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress in 2025. This is an important event, a great festival for children in Lam Dong province, to commend and honor outstanding team members and children - the beautiful flowers in the garden of thousands of good deeds respectfully offered to beloved Uncle Ho.

Attending the event were representatives of the Central Council of Young Pioneers, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, leaders of departments and branches of Lam Dong province; representatives of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union - Young Pioneers Council of Dak Lak , Dak Nong, Gia Lai, Kon Tum provinces..., along with 84 delegates of Uncle Ho's Good Children representing children in the whole province.

Opening the congress, Ms. Tran Diep My Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union Council emphasized that this is a great festival for children in the province to honor exemplary young pioneers and children, the beautiful flowers in the garden of thousands of good deeds offered to beloved Uncle Ho.

The movement "Lam Dong children compete to implement Uncle Ho's 5 teachings" and the movement "Lam Dong children are happy, healthy, study hard, and nurture the green country" were deployed and launched by the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union Council, and continue to be identified as the red thread throughout the activities of all levels of the Youth Union in the province.

Over the past five years, the work of the Young Pioneers and the youth movement in Lam Dong province has achieved positive and comprehensive results. Young Pioneers at all levels have many good and creative ways to implement the movement to attract a large number of children to participate.

In particular, major movements have been maintained, creatively implemented and achieved high results such as: Small plan movement, Reading and following the Team Newspaper, Lifebuoy for children, Going to school together... From the practical movements, many examples of children overcoming difficulties to study well and achieve high academic achievements have emerged.

Speaking at the congress, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council Pham Thi Phuc praised the efforts and achievements of children and the Young Pioneers in the province in recent times, along with the contributions of the Youth Union and Young Pioneers cadres.

Comrades are not only enthusiastic, passionate, and diligent in their activities, but also always strive to improve their ethics and style, self-study, self-practice, improve their knowledge, and improve their skills to be creative, propose effective solutions, and develop the Team's activities more and more comprehensively.

Continue to invest in facilities, schools, playgrounds, living conditions, health care conditions, etc. to create the best environment for children to study, play, practice and grow up, especially children in especially difficult circumstances, children in remote areas.

The Central Council of the Young Pioneers and the Director of the Center for Support and Development of Vietnamese Children presented 200 gifts worth 100 million VND to young pioneers in Lam Dong.

Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Pioneer Council in collaboration with Light and Life Magazine organized the "Sunflower" program, awarding scholarships to 20 children who have overcome difficulties to study well.

At the congress, the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union honored 84 delegates of Uncle Ho's Good Children and 20 children who overcame difficulties to study well.
