Truck carrying soil "broke the fence" and entered Mai Son - National Highway 45

On the morning of May 12, Mr. Pham Van Dinh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Linh Commune, Ha Trung District, Thanh Hoa Province, said that the authorities have taken action to handle the situation of trucks carrying soil "breaking through the fence" and entering the Mai Son - National Highway 45 highway.

"After discovering the incident, the commune and district coordinated with the authorities to handle the case. The location where the truck entered to take soil was the waste area of ​​the previous Thung Thi tunnel construction site, not the soil mine area," Mr. Dinh added.

Earlier, on the morning of May 11, on the Mai Son - National Highway 45 highway, many drivers were upset because in front of the Thung Thi tunnel entrance (in Ha Linh commune, Ha Trung district), many trucks appeared moving from the outside area, going through the barrier to transport soil.

It is worth mentioning that after tearing down the barrier, many trucks entered the highway and turned around right in front of the Thung Thi tunnel, endangering other vehicles on the highway.

According to some drivers, turning around right in front of the tunnel entrance is very dangerous.

"Trucks cutting across and turning on the highway like that is very dangerous. Most vehicles passing through the tunnel will be blinded by the light, making it difficult to see when other vehicles are crossing the road," a driver shared.
