Me Linh District (Hanoi) currently has many flower and ornamental plant growing villages recognized by the city as flower growing villages such as: Lieu Tri, Ha Loi village, Dai Bai... Rose bushes about 1.3m high are purchased at the garden for 45,000 VND/bush. The current price is much lower than last year (70,000 VND/bush).

National Highway 23 runs through Me Linh flower market and is a transit route for flower carts traveling all over the country.
