Dienbien.gov.vn - On the afternoon of March 21, a delegation of the International Cooperation Services Joint Stock Company (CICS) and Nara Higashi Hospital Group, Nara City, Japan, led by Mr. Tetsumura Toshio - Chairman of Nara Higashi Hospital Group, paid a courtesy visit to Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Quoc Cuong. Also attending the reception were Mr. Pham Duc Toan - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of relevant departments and branches.

At the reception, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong expressed his joy and emotion when welcoming Mr. Tetsumura Toshio - Chairman of Nara Higashi Hospital Group to visit and work in Dien Bien. On this occasion, the Provincial Party Secretary quickly informed the delegation about the potential and strengths of the province. In particular, he shared information about the labor situation of the province. Currently, the Medical College is coordinating with CICS Company to train human resources, Japanese culture, customs, and nursing knowledge for students to create a source of labor export. Currently, the number of students participating in the N5 level Japanese class is 22 students. In the coming time, we propose that CICS Company continue to train human resources in Japanese for free, creating conditions for students to practice skills in Japanese customs and culture and specialized knowledge in Nursing, and have the opportunity to be recruited to work in Japan.

The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that Mr. Tetsumura Toshio will continue to pay more attention to Dien Bien province, introduce Dien Bien to suitable localities and partners of Japan so that the two sides can carry out cooperation activities, especially in the field of training and recruiting human resources to work in Japan.

Expressing his joy and gratitude for the warm and respectful welcome of the leaders of Dien Bien province, Mr. Tetsumura Toshio also introduced the work of human resource training; the current situation of the shortage of young labor in the fields of health care, especially elderly health, nursing, etc. in Japan. The delegation hoped that Dien Bien province would cooperate in human resource training to contribute to sending young labor force of Dien Bien province to Japan for training and work./.
