Dienbien.gov.vn - On the morning of March 20, the delegation of Russian universities had a courtesy visit to the Standing Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee to introduce the scholarship programs of the Government of the Russian Federation and Vietnam for advanced training programs, short-term training, training programs in English (or through interpretation), distance learning as well as to discuss cooperation opportunities. On behalf of the leaders of Dien Bien province, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Quoc Cuong expressed his pleasure to welcome the delegation of Russian universities to visit and work in Dien Bien. At the meeting, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee briefly informed the members of the delegation about the potential and advantages of the province. At the same time, he emphasized: Dien Bien province always identifies human resource development, vocational training, and job creation as one of the top priority areas, the goal and driving force of development.
