Vinamilk continues to be the only representative from Vietnam to speak at the Global Dairy Congress 2024 with the message "Care to change". In its 4th participation, Vinamilk brought a completely different image with a new brand identity, while sharing about the progress of the Vietnamese dairy industry with the goal of Net Zero and sustainable development. The spirit of innovation from the representative of Vietnam The Global Dairy Congress 2024 took place in London, UK from June 25 to June 27 with the participation of more than 200 representatives from countries around the world, discussing the role and contribution of the dairy industry to the sustainable development of life, people and the earth. This year, the theme chosen by the Conference for discussion is "Healthy people-Healthy Planet", emphasizing the challenges and opportunities for the dairy industry in all aspects and referring to strategic innovations towards the sustainable development of the industry. Vinamilk appeared at the conference with a completely new brand identity, thereby telling the story of the strong innovations of a billion-dollar brand representing the Vietnamese spirit, ready to integrate with global trends. This demonstrates the great vision and dynamism of Vietnam's leading dairy enterprise with the aspiration to affirm its position in the world. Mr. Nguyen Quang Tri, Vinamilk Marketing Executive Director, presented a speech on Vinamilk's innovation and sustainable development strategy, with the message "Consciously change".

In terms of providing more innovative and breakthrough nutritional solutions, Mr. Tri gave an example of the breakthrough of Vinamilk Green Farm fresh milk product line. This is a product that Vinamilk applies dual vacuum technology to help preserve the natural aroma, a bit of grass and flowers and a sweet aftertaste. Green Farm is the continuation of Vinamilk's journey to build a "new world", opening a series of innovation campaigns in other product lines that follow. Regarding the customer experience upgrade strategy, Mr. Tri said: "Applying flexible conversion technology between online and offline will ensure that Vinamilk's customer experience will be consistent wherever they are. Our goal is to best engage existing consumers, and new consumers will be excited to step into Vinamilk's new world."

As one of the Top 5 most sustainable dairy brands in the world, sustainable development is mentioned as one of the main goals in Vinamilk's strategy. In 2023, to mark an important milestone, Vinamilk officially announced its Net Zero target roadmap to 2050. Less than 1 year since the announcement of this roadmap, Vinamilk currently has 3 units including 1 farm and 2 factories certified as carbon neutral according to PAS2060:2014 standards. Vinamilk is also the first unit in Vietnam to register to support the Global Dairy Industry initiative on Net Zero - Pathways to Dairy Net Zero . This result received a lot of attention from the conference.

Many units attending the conference were interested in information about the Net Zero project implemented by Vinamilk in Vietnam.

Sustainable development is a big issue for the dairy industry, and that is why this year, this topic was brought up for discussion at the Conference. Through Vinamilk's sharing, we appreciate the results they have achieved, as a typical example of the Vietnamese dairy industry aiming for the Net Zero goal. In the coming time, I expect there will be more coordination and cooperation between Vietnam and the Global Dairy Initiative on Net Zero (Pathways to Dairy Net Zero) as well as deeper participation in the Dairy Sustainable Development Framework, to be able to provide more support for Vinamilk and Vietnam's programs", shared Dr. Timothy Robinson, independent advisor of the Global Dairy Sustainable Development Framework (DSF). The world is constantly changing, new generations of consumers are reshaping the future of the dairy industry. The global dairy industry and Vietnam in particular are also facing challenges in sustainable development. In which, the positive contribution of Vietnamese enterprises has been helping to affirm the role of the dairy industry in the health, environment and sustainability of future generations.
