Vietnam Airlines has just officially received a new Airbus A320neo aircraft with registration number VN-A514.
The new Airbus A320neo is equipped with new generation engines, offering significant improvements in efficiency and environmental protection.
Accordingly, this aircraft line helps save more than 16% fuel consumption, reduce up to 75% noise and cut about 50% of toxic emissions compared to previous engine lines. It is expected that A320neo aircraft will be exploited on domestic routes.

The addition of new aircraft brings the airline's total fleet to 103 this year, including 31 wide-body aircraft such as the Boeing 787-9, Boeing 787-10 and Airbus A350.
Previously, in early December 2024, Vietnam Airlines received 1 A320neo with registration number VN-A515 and 1 Boeing 787-10 with registration number VN-A877 to serve the Tet peak season.

Adding more aircraft at the end of the year not only helps Vietnam Airlines promptly meet people's travel needs, but also affirms its commitment to improving service quality, bringing a comfortable and modern experience to passengers.
Previously, Vietnam Airlines opened early sales of 2.15 million seats, equivalent to more than 11,000 flights across its domestic flight network to serve passengers' demand for Tet tickets.

At the same time, to avoid buying fake tickets or tickets with inflated prices during the Tet peak season, the airline recommends that customers buy tickets on the website, mobile application, ticket offices, official agents and request an invoice when buying tickets.
