Opening the online exchange program, Director Luc shared the story of his journey to business. "I was born into a family of teachers in Nghe An province. My father oriented his children to become teachers. However, since I was young, I loved information technology and often read books about this field. After graduating from high school, I decided to take the exam in the information technology field."

After graduating, Mr. Luc "joined" a multinational company. Thanks to that, he was able to broaden his knowledge through experiences with large customers and corporations. After only 6-7 years, he decided to start his own business.

Nguyen Xuan Luc, CEO of WATA Group Joint Stock Company, shared the story of his journey to business. Mr. Luc said that during the time he started his business, he had to work very hard. Mr. Luc recalled: "In the early days of starting the business, my co-founders and I had to do everything, such as: customer care, market research... There were days when I only slept 4-5 hours."

Mr. Luc is in the top 10 outstanding young entrepreneurs in 2023.

Currently, WATA Software Solutions Joint Stock Company has conquered the global market, with more than 70% of its partners being foreign, including demanding markets such as: America, Singapore, Korea, Australia, Europe....

Mr. Luc said: "It can be said that after Covid-19 ended, the domestic and foreign economies were significantly affected. Some businesses went bankrupt or "transformed" to adapt. However, WATA Group Joint Stock Company still maintained a calm mindset to overcome the difficult period."

The young director said: "I have to understand customers. Retain and find new customers. Build a quality staff that always plays a key role to keep the business stable," said Mr. Luc.

In addition, Mr. Luc's company also reduces operating costs, cuts unnecessary expenses. Strengthens cooperation with partners to create synergy and reduce costs. Searches for new markets and develops new products/services to meet market needs.

According to Director Luc, over the years, his company has made a huge contribution to the State budget, participated in charity activities and funds to support children and the disadvantaged, and participated in many career orientation sharing sessions for students. In particular, Mr. Luc is also a prestigious partner of domestic and foreign customers in the field of software production and outsourcing, such as: North America, Singapore, Korea, Japan... actively contributing to the journey of bringing Vietnamese intelligence to the world.

Giving advice to young people, Mr. Luc said that in business and startups there are always many difficulties and challenges. Young people need to overcome barriers in issues such as: knowledge, experience, financial difficulties, pressure from family and society, failures and challenges in the business process...

"Success does not come easily. It requires careful preparation, perseverance and effort. Young people can completely achieve their goals in starting a business. Be confident in pursuing your own path and create success on the path you have chosen," added Director Luc.
