Gold rings approach 86 million VND/tael

At the close of trading on October 19, Saigon Jewelry Company listed the buying price of gold at VND84 million/tael; the selling price was VND86 million/tael, unchanged in both buying and selling compared to the opening of the trading session on the same day. The difference between the buying and selling price of SJC gold is VND2 million/tael.

At the same time, DOJI Group listed the buying and selling price of gold at 84 - 86 million VND/tael, unchanged in both buying and selling prices compared to the opening of the trading session on October 198. The difference between DOJI gold buying and selling prices is currently 2 million VND/tael.

Gold rings continue to increase, approaching the 86 million VND/tael mark

While the price of gold bars remains stable, the price of gold rings continues to increase sharply. At the end of the trading session on October 19, Doji listed the price of gold rings at VND84.70 - 85.70 million/tael (buy - sell), an increase of VND150,000/tael in both buying and selling directions compared to the opening of the trading session on the same day. This is the highest level in the history of gold ring prices.

At the same time, SJC listed the price of gold rings at 84 - 85.3 million VND/tael, unchanged in both buying and selling prices compared to the beginning of the morning session.

At the end of the afternoon of October 19 (Vietnam time), the gold price traded on Kitco floor was at 2,721.9 USD/oz, unchanged from the beginning of the same morning.

Converting world gold price according to foreign exchange rate at Vietcombank at the end of October 19: 1 USD = 25,340 VND, world gold price is equivalent to 83.09 million VND/tael, 2.91 million VND/tael lower than SJC gold selling price at the same time.
