During the last working week (from June 24-29, 2024) of the 7th Session, the National Assembly voted to pass a number of Laws and Resolutions.
According to the program, the Laws voted to be passed by the National Assembly include: Law on Organization of People's Courts (amended); Law on Social Insurance (amended); Law on Roads; Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Property Auction; Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on the Capital (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Guards; Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Supporting Tools (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15, Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15, Law on Real Estate Business No. 29/2023/QH15, Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15.
The Resolutions voted and passed by the National Assembly in the last working week of the 7th session were: Resolution on approving the 2022 State budget settlement; Resolution on approving the document of accession to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland;
Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the addition of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province; Resolution of the National Assembly on the organization of urban government and piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city;
Resolution of the National Assembly on investment policy for the North-South Expressway construction investment project, western section, Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) - Chon Thanh (Binh Phuoc).
In the last working week of the 7th Session, from June 24-29, 2024, the National Assembly voted to approve many important contents.
The National Assembly also voted to pass: Resolution on the National Marine Spatial Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050; Resolution on the results of thematic supervision of "the implementation of Resolution No. 43 dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program and resolutions of the National Assembly on a number of important national projects until the end of 2023";
Resolution on questions and answers; Resolution of the 7th Session, 15th National Assembly (including the content on adjusting the investment policy of the National Target Program on socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030 and reducing value added tax).
According to the program, during the working week, the National Assembly discussed the following draft laws: Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking (amended); Law on Value Added Tax (amended); Law on Notarization (amended); Law on Cultural Heritage (amended); Law on Amendments and Supplements to a Number of Articles of the Law on Pharmacy; Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue; Law on People's Air Defense; Law on Urban and Rural Planning; Law on Geology and Minerals .
