By the afternoon of September 11, about 30% of residential areas in Tu Ky district’s communes and towns had not yet had electricity. Of these, the three communes of Tien Dong, Quang Khai and Ngoc Ky had been without power since storm No. 3 passed through Hai Duong on September 7.

Some places have electricity but it is quite unstable such as Tu Ky town, Ha Ky, Van To... Power outage for many days affects people's daily life and production. Some households raising fish in cages in Binh Lang commune have suffered losses because fish died due to lack of electricity to aerate the water to create oxygen.
