In 2023, the operation of the Party Committee office system has made many advances, increasingly meeting the requirements of advising and serving the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee. The stages of office work are deployed synchronously; the advisory and service capacity of the staff is increasingly affirmed, the quality of advisory and service is improved. Many offices have been supplemented with leaders and specialists to ensure quantity, quality, inheritance and stability.
With the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, creativity, and innovative thinking, each Party Committee office has made efforts, united, and focused on completing the workload assigned by the Party Committee. Thereby, making an important contribution to serving the leadership and direction of the Party Committee in socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security, building a clean and strong Party and political system, and completing the targets set for the 2023 plan.
The above results were achieved thanks to the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, creativity, dedication and responsibility of the staff, civil servants and public employees of the Provincial Party Committee Office and the district-level Party Committee Office which have always been promoted. It is the attention, leadership and direction of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the district-level Party Committee, the regular and effective coordination and support of functional agencies and affiliated party organizations.
The conference discussed and clarified a number of limitations and shortcomings in the operations of the Party Committee's office, and at the same time proposed 8 key tasks for 2024.
In particular, focus on advising the Party Committee to direct the good implementation of working regulations and work programs for 2024. Improve the quality of research and comprehensive consulting work in all fields. Proactively prepare reports and projects to submit to the Party Committee; organize appraisals and participate in reports and projects to submit to the Party Committee, ensuring progress, procedures and regulations. Proactively grasp and synthesize the implementation of tasks of localities and units and propose solutions to promptly resolve difficulties, obstacles, shortcomings and problems arising in each locality and unit.
Improve the quality of all aspects of document work, archiving, and protecting Party and State secrets. Strengthen inspection and professional guidance on document work, archiving, application of information technology, and party finance for party committees of communes, wards, and towns and their subordinate branches and party committees...

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang highly appreciated the achievements of the Party Committee office in implementing assigned tasks.
2024 is an acceleration year, of great significance in implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; it is the year when the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee focus on leading the preparation for the organization of the Party Congresses at all levels and the 18th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, in conjunction with the advisory and service work of the Party Committee Office at all levels.
Therefore, the Party Committee Office needs to continue to fulfill its advisory and service requirements for the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee. This will maintain solidarity within the Party, create consensus in society, and promote local socio-economic development. In implementing the advisory and service work of the Party Committee Office at all levels, there must be flexibility, ensuring scientific and effective work.
2024 is also the year of major events of the homeland, the country and the province such as the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day; the 35th anniversary of the re-establishment of Quang Tri province; the 70th anniversary of Vinh Linh tradition and the establishment of Vinh Linh Special Zone; the "For Peace" Festival..., it is recommended that the Party Committee Office advise the Party Committees at all levels to issue documents to direct the implementation. At the same time, advise on the preparation work for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee Office awarded certificates of merit to 11 collectives and 12 individuals with achievements in Party Committee office work.
