Donated 30 plastic water tanks to coastal residents of Hoa Binh district

Representatives of Tan A Dai Thanh Group and Vietnam Agriculture Newspaper presented plastic water tanks to coastal residents of Vinh Hau commune (Hoa Binh district).

On the morning of May 11, Vietnam Agriculture Newspaper and Tan A Dai Thanh Group coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Bac Lieu to donate water tanks to coastal residents of Vinh Hau commune (Hoa Binh district).

Accordingly, representatives of Vietnam Agriculture Newspaper and Tan A Dai Thanh Group presented 30 plastic tanks containing domestic water, capacity of 1,500 liters/tank and 100 cold storage bottles with a total value of 105 million VND to people in Vinh Hau commune.

Faced with the severe heat, increasing saltwater intrusion, and decreasing freshwater resources, people living in coastal areas are facing difficulties in accessing fresh water for daily life and production. Therefore, Nong Nghiep Viet Nam Newspaper mobilized Tan A Dai Thanh Group to implement a program to donate water tanks to people in drought and saline areas and coastal areas.

It is known that, implementing the program, Tan A Dai Thanh Group donated 240 plastic water tanks to 8 provinces in the Mekong Delta affected by drought and salinity, including: Long An, Ben Tre, Vinh Long, Hau Giang, Kien Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu and Ca Mau. In each province, the program donated 30 plastic water tanks, with a capacity of 1,500 liters/tank. The total value of the Tan A Dai Thanh brand water tank donation program is more than 600 million VND.
