On the afternoon of January 23, Comrade Pham Van Thieu - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting of members of the Provincial People's Committee in January 2025 (the second time), to review the draft content of the submissions and decisions under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the meeting, the departments and branches assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to draft the contents presented the following drafts: Draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee on allowing the transfer of the entire Project of Residential Area combined with Hiep Thanh Green Park, Bac Lieu City (Area A); Draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee on allowing the transfer of the entire Project of Vinh Trach Dong Ecological Residential Area, Bac Lieu City (Area D); Draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee on allowing the transfer of the entire Project of Vinh Trach Dong Residential Area, Bac Lieu City (Area E); Draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee on allowing the transfer of the entire Project of Vinh Trach Dong Commercial and Service Residential Area, Bac Lieu City (Area F); Draft Proposal of the Provincial People's Committee proposing to develop a Resolution to abolish a number of phrases in Resolution No. 11/2023/NQ-HDND dated July 14, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council regulating service revenues and support for educational activities other than tuition fees for public educational institutions in Bac Lieu province; draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee stipulating the conditions, criteria, scale, and ratio for separating land into independent projects when handling procedures for approving investment policies for projects using land in Bac Lieu province; draft Official Dispatch of the Provincial People's Committee handling contents related to the Chau Hung Commercial - Service Housing Project in Chau Hung town, Vinh Loi district; draft Report on the scenario for striving for double-digit economic growth of Bac Lieu province in 2025; Draft Proposal of the Provincial People's Committee and draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on allowing the application of price adjustment coefficients for land types in Bac Lieu province in 2024 (from January 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024) according to Decision No. 15/2022/QD-UBND dated July 5, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee;... and some draft Licenses for exploitation and use of underground water.
After review, delegates gave their opinions on a number of points in the draft contents and unanimously approved all draft contents.
Speaking at the conclusion of each content and the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Pham Van Thieu requested the units assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to be responsible for drafting the above contents, recording and fully absorbing the comments of the delegates at this meeting, promptly editing, supplementing and completing, and continuing to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for promulgation according to regulations.
