Awarding ceremony of the Cultural Festival for typical village and area cultural houses of the province

On the evening of August 28, at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace (Ha Long City), after 2 days of exciting competition, the 2024 Cultural Festival of Typical Village and Neighborhood Cultural Houses of Quang Ninh Province concluded with a summary program, performance and award ceremony.

The festival, organized by the Department of Culture and Sports, has the participation of 13 art troupes with more than 800 artists and actors selected from typical cultural houses in villages and cultural neighborhoods representing districts, towns and cities in the province.

The art programs of the troupes created a colorful picture, praising the mass cultural and artistic movement at the grassroots level, leaving a beautiful impression in the hearts of viewers.

In the final result, the Organizing Committee awarded many A, B and consolation prizes to the performances; awarded 13 overall prizes to the participating teams. The 2 first overall prizes went to the Lang Cong Village Mass Art Troupe, Don Dac Commune, Ba Che District and the Quang Trung Quarter Mass Art Troupe, Mao Khe Ward, Dong Trieu Town.

On this occasion, the Department of Culture and Sports also awarded certificates of merit to 13 delegations with outstanding achievements participating in the 2024 Cultural Festival of Outstanding Village and Neighborhood Cultural Houses of Quang Ninh Province.

The festival is a practical activity to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (1945-2024), encouraging the entire Party, the entire army, and the entire people to successfully implement the Party's Resolutions, promoting the movement to build cultural villages, cultural neighborhoods, and cultural families.
