On the morning of December 20, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee held a conference to review mass mobilization work and implement grassroots democracy regulations in 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025.

In 2024, the mass mobilization work of the entire political system has achieved many positive results, contributing to the successful implementation of the set goals and tasks. Party committees at all levels have paid attention to leading and directing mass mobilization work, promptly grasping, implementing, and issuing many leadership and direction documents associated with the implementation of political tasks of localities and units; continuing to strengthen the inspection and supervision of the implementation of directives and resolutions on mass mobilization, ethnic and religious work and the implementation of democratic regulations at the grassroots level.
The mass mobilization work of the government and state agencies has had many positive changes, administrative reform and digital transformation have been implemented with attention. The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations continue to focus on the grassroots, promote patriotic emulation movements, campaigns, solidarity, building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, sustainable poverty reduction; actively coordinate to implement social security work, care for the lives, protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, association members and the people.
Patriotic emulation movements associated with the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" emulation movement continue to be promoted, creating a spread in the community, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic targets and tasks, ensuring political security and social order and safety in the area. In 2024, there will be 360 skillful mass mobilization models registered, of which 360 models will be recognized, 51 typical excellent models in various fields will be commended and rewarded.

In 2025, mass mobilization work will continue to be focused on with key tasks such as: focusing on leading and directing the implementation of Plan No. 04-KH/BCĐ, dated November 13, 2024, Conclusion No. 09-KL/BCĐ, dated November 24, 2024 of the Central Steering Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Central Executive Committee; implementing the merger of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to ensure smooth operation after the merger; continuing to effectively implement the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and documents related to mass mobilization work; Continue to strengthen, innovate, and improve the effectiveness of the work of grasping and forecasting the people's situation, ensure strict implementation of the regulations on receiving people, dialogue, and listening to people's opinions and feedback; promote patriotic emulation movements, the "Skilled mass mobilization" emulation movement; effectively implement the twinning work with ethnic minority villages; innovate methods, improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work...

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Huynh Thi Chien Hoa acknowledged and commended the positive results in mass mobilization work in the past time. At the same time, she requested that in the coming time, all levels, sectors and localities should continue to propagate, thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the policies and directions of the Central and the Provincial Party Committee on mass mobilization work and democracy regulations at the grassroots level; proactively coordinate with the Propaganda Department and the Organizing Committee to do a good job of ideological work, develop a scientific and reasonable arrangement plan for functions, tasks and organizational apparatus of agencies and units to be truly streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently; strengthen the leadership of Party committees at all levels in mass mobilization work; continue to innovate content and methods, improve the quality and efficiency of activities, especially the work of government mass mobilization; promote the effectiveness of twinning with ethnic minority villages and hamlets; Promote the application of digital technology and many other methods and forms to receive more and more closely the thoughts and aspirations of the people, grasp firmly, analyze, evaluate, and forecast closely the situation of the people at the grassroots level, thereby promptly advising and proposing to the Party Committee and the government solutions to lead and direct solutions to ensure compliance with regulations.
