Local People's Committees urgently complete procedures to approve investment policies and select investors for social housing land funds already in the planning.
At the same time, continue to review and supplement urban planning and industrial park planning, ensuring sufficient land for social housing development, including worker accommodation and housing for the people's armed forces, strictly implementing regulations on reserving land for worker accommodation in industrial parks and 20% of residential land in commercial housing projects and urban areas for social housing investment according to the law.
