On this occasion, Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien and the delegation of the Ministry of National Defense presented 2 gratitude houses, each worth 80 million VND, and 100 gifts, each worth 2.5 million VND, to families of policy beneficiaries, war invalids, sick soldiers, people with revolutionary contributions, families of martyrs, students in the program "Helping children go to school", adopted children of border guards, and poor households in the border communes of Quang Ninh province.
