Concluding the meeting, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Secretaries of the District and City Party Committees to focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of key tasks in the last 3 months of the year, including continuing to resolutely and effectively implement 3 breakthroughs and 6 key sectors and fields, sectors and fields with room for growth. Proactively monitor, forecast, and have effective response plans to the situation of rain and floods; prevent and control diseases on crops and livestock, especially African swine fever. Focus on removing difficulties and obstacles and speeding up the implementation of key projects and works, large-scale projects. Strengthen the management of land, mineral resources, and environmental protection. Continue to do a good job of caring for and improving the material and spiritual life of the people; improve the quality of education and vocational training associated with job creation and labor export; effectively carry out the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses.
