On September 13, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thai, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ngai province, said that the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ngai province has not yet released any set of exam preparation questions for civil servants in the education sector in 2024.
"Some social media accounts posting information about selling teacher exam preparation materials for 300,000-400,000 VND are a form of fraud. Up to this point, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ngai province has not posted exam preparation content for the 2024-2025 teacher recruitment exam. All information posted on social media is inaccurate," said Mr. Thai.

Over the past few days, a Facebook account has posted many articles about the teacher recruitment plan of Quang Ngai province. Along with that, this page also sells materials for teacher recruitment exam preparation.
According to the advertisement, the document closely follows the provincial exam structure and has helped thousands of teachers get into the payroll. Those who want to buy the document are instructed to exchange via Zalo messages.

Facing the attractive advertisement, many people followed the instructions to register to buy the exam preparation materials. Some candidates taking the education civil servant exam in Quang Ngai province said that this set of materials costs 300,000-400,000 VND.
"The Department of Education and Training of Quang Ngai province is assigning relevant departments to draft the content of the teacher recruitment exam. Once completed, the exam preparation materials will be unified for districts, towns, and cities and posted on the department's website," Mr. Thai added.
Previously, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province issued an official dispatch on the teacher recruitment plan for 2024. Accordingly, the whole province will recruit 743 positions for educational institutions under the Department of Education and Training, People's Committees of districts and towns. Of which, 138 positions are for preschool, 347 positions for primary school, 150 positions for secondary school and 108 positions for high school.
