The Prime Minister requested the Minister of Finance to drastically direct the tax authorities at all levels to continue promoting and diversifying measures and solutions to taxpayers, shops and petrol and oil businesses stipulating the issuance of electronic invoices according to each sale in Decree 123/2020 of the Government.

The Minister of Finance is also required to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with the Minister of Industry and Trade, the Minister of Science and Technology, the Minister of Information and Communications, the Minister of Public Security and the Chairman of the People's Committee of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government to immediately implement synchronous, effective and drastically solutions to petrol and oil trading units to set up electronic invoices according to the sales of petrol and oil and connect with the tax authorities in December 2002.

The head of the Government also assigned the Minister of Finance to direct the tax authorities to coordinate with the police and other relevant agencies to strengthen the inspection and examination of electronic invoices at petrol and oil shops, ensuring the law, strictly handled in accordance with the law if not implemented or deliberately not implemented.

For the Minister of Industry and Trade, the Prime Minister requested to direct the Market Management agency to closely supervise, organize the inspection and inspection of the compliance with the provisions of the law on petrol and oil trading of petroleum trading establishments in the area, strictly and promptly handle all violations of regulations on petroleum trading conditions.

At the same time, the Minister of Industry and Trade should coordinate with the tax authorities to inspect, supervise and handle violations of the law on electronic invoices according to each sales of petroleum trading units in accordance with the law.

In addition, the Prime Minister asked the ministries and heads of relevant agencies to coordinate closely with the Minister of Finance in connecting and sharing information, data, inspection, examination and supervision of the issuance and use of electronic invoices, especially for petroleum ... in order to improve the effectiveness and effectiveness of tax administration, prevent taxes, tax evasion and anti -tax evasion acts.

At the telegram, the Prime Minister also asked the Chairman of the People's Committee of the provinces and cities to direct local agencies to closely coordinate with the tax authorities to grasp the status of the implementation of electronic invoices by each sales, the ability to meet the application of electronic invoices by each sales time, connecting with the tax authorities of petrol and oil retail stores in the locality to advise and propose to the President of the People's Committee of the provincial People's Committee.

The Prime Minister assigned Prime Minister Le Minh Khai to directly direct and inspect the implementation of this electricity.
