Giving opinions on the list of tasks proposed to be included in the National Target Program on cultural development for the period 2025-2030, the Deputy Minister made some suggestions:

For non-physical cultural heritage, priority should be given to the category of Protection and promotion of non-physical cultural heritage values. For Folk knowledge of growing and processing Longan, it is proposed to UNESCO for recognition; Protection and promotion of non-physical cultural heritage, for the Traditional Festival of An Xa Temple (Dau An), An Vien Commune, Tien Lu District, it is proposed to UNESCO for recognition.
Regarding cultural institutions, instead of focusing on one traditional art, Hung Yen can build a Traditional Art Center, which includes many different art forms. This can become a highlight of traditional art in the Red River Delta.
The Deputy Minister suggested that Hung Yen could organize a large-scale "Longan Festival" annually to become a brand for the province. In addition, the Deputy Minister also suggested some contents related to heritage education, human resource training... that could be proposed to be included in the National Target Program on Cultural Development in the coming period.
