According to the document signed by Deputy Director Ta Manh Hung on March 20, the batch of Young One Whitening Cream - Box of 1 bottle of 20g, produced and distributed by Chi Chi Cosmetics Co., Ltd., headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, had a test sample that did not meet quality standards.

Products containing the preservative Propyl paraben not included in the formula are granted a Cosmetic Product Declaration receipt number.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Department of Health of provinces and centrally-run cities to notify cosmetic businesses and users in the area to stop selling and using the above product batch and return the product to the supplier. At the same time, the units must recall and destroy the violating product batch and handle the violators according to current regulations.

Young One skin whitening cream is suspended from circulation, recalled and destroyed.

Chi Chi Cosmetics Co., Ltd. is responsible for sending a recall notice to distributors and users of the Young One Whitening Cream batch - Box of 1 bottle of 20g.

The company receives returned products from businesses, recalls and destroys all product batches that do not meet regulations, and reports to the Drug Administration before April 30.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requested the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health to inspect Chi Chi Cosmetics Company Limited in its compliance with the provisions of law on cosmetics management in its production and trading activities.

Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health monitors and handles violating companies, recalls and destroys batches of Young One Whitening Cream - Box of 1 bottle of 20g that do not meet regulations, and reports the results to the Department of Drug Administration before May 15.
