Therefore, the Hanoi Department of Health informs businesses and cosmetic users in the area to immediately stop selling and using the above batch of Ginseng Beauty Cream (Beaumore brand) - box of 1 bottle of 20g.

The Department of Health requested the health departments of 30 districts, towns and cities to notify businesses and cosmetic users in the area to recall all of the above products; inspect and supervise the recall implementation of the establishments; and handle violators according to current regulations.

Also regarding the handling of cosmetic violations, the Ministry of Health has issued an administrative penalty document to Cindel Tox Import-Export Company Limited (Address: 156 Bui Thi Xuan, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) for trading in cosmetics with formulas that are not consistent with the cosmetic product declaration dossier (missing Cyclopentasiloxane, excess Cyclotetrasiloxane) for the product Cindellux Advanced Whitening UV Defense Essence, Declaration number: 226256/24/CBMPQLD;

This product is produced by Cindel Tox Import Export Company Limited (Address: 156 Bui Thi Xuan, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City); Manufacturer: Aria Cosmetics Co., Ltd - Korea is responsible for bringing the product to the market.

The company responsible for bringing the product to market is Cindel Tox Import Export Company Limited (Address: 156 Bui Thi Xuan, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City); Manufacturer: Aria Cosmetics Co., Ltd – Korea.

The reason for suspension of circulation and recall is that the product's formula is not consistent with the cosmetic product declaration file.

Recently, the Department of Drug Administration issued Official Dispatch No. 1271/QLD-MP dated May 3, 2024 on suspending the circulation, recalling and destroying cosmetic products such as Serum to restore damaged skin.
