Sharing the results of activities and organizing dialogues with employees, Deputy General Director of IMC Ha Hong Phuc said that the company has more than 200 employees, including 139 female employees (accounting for more than 70%); dialogue activities are organized annually by the company and are quite effective. Through dialogue conferences, the company's leaders have regularly grasped, listened to, and accepted the wishes of employees and made adjustments and supplements to improve the welfare, material and spiritual life of employees.

At the dialogue session, the Executive Board of the IMC Company's Trade Union proposed and recommended 5 contents to the employer's representative after collecting and synthesizing the opinions and aspirations of employees in the production, business and office departments.

Specifically, the Executive Board of the Company's Trade Union proposed a support level of VND 200,000/month/child for employees raising children under 6 years old; organizing training courses on health care and soft skills for employees; having a policy to support health insurance/social insurance payments for female employees in difficult circumstances or with serious illnesses; supporting health insurance for female employees; organizing in-depth health check-ups in addition to regular health check-ups.

With a serious, open and democratic spirit, representatives of employees and employers of IMC Company discussed, exchanged and dialogued to consider and review in detail each proposed content as well as discuss the most effective implementation methods.

The IMC Board of Directors said that, despite facing many difficulties due to the fluctuating economic situation in the world and Vietnam, aiming at the core value of the enterprise, which is the employees, the Board of Directors of the Company considered and examined the reality of production, business, investment and the strategic plans and goals in the coming time; at the same time, researched, discussed and basically agreed with the 5 proposals that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union put forward at the dialogue conference.

Accordingly, the Board of Directors of IMC Company agreed on the support level for employees raising children under 6 years old. The support level is 100,000 VND/month/child, applied from 2025.

Organize training courses on health care, beauty, soft skills, etc. for female workers once a year.

There is a reasonable job arrangement policy to support 6-month health insurance/social insurance payments for female workers with serious illnesses or long-term treatment who have to stay home.

Buy Bao Viet health insurance for female employees who have been with the Company for more than 5 years depending on their job position to receive increased medical examination and treatment benefits. (Insurance purchase package according to Bao Viet's program).

In addition to organizing periodic obstetric examinations for female employees once a year, we will examine some specialized indicators for women such as: thyroid ultrasound, cancer screening, examination and counseling on postpartum or child-rearing mental health such as assessing the level of stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and other psychological disorders... according to the annual plan of the Company and the Executive Board of the Trade Union.

The funding source for implementation will be taken from the business's profits and will begin implementation from January 1, 2025.
