Typhoon Yagi has passed, but its tragic losses remain. Those losses, those losses, those sorrows will never be forgotten.

52 students have passed away forever, unable to go to school. Thousands of schools have been unable to resume normal teaching. 17 schools have suffered irreparable damage. "But what we remember is that our classmates and teachers have passed away forever," Ms. Chi said emotionally.

According to Ms. Chi, the contributions are extremely meaningful, but what is more valuable is the spread of the program.

The program brings the message of promoting the tradition of mutual love, the whole leaf covers the torn leaf, the less torn leaf covers the more torn leaf of the Vietnamese people; promoting the thousands of years of moral values of the Vietnamese people.

In education, the education sector is launching the program: School helps school, friend helps friend, class helps class, which has a very large spreading meaning.

"In this program, on behalf of the leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training, I would like to thank the philanthropists, businesses, and sponsors who have shared and supported the industry over the past time, especially during the recent storm Yagi," Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Kim Chi expressed.

She also did not forget to thank the Central Youth Union and the Central Young Pioneer Council for their close guidance, attention and specific action plans to work with the industry to reach remote areas during the recent Typhoon Yagi. And for providing a force of youth union members, a large amount of books and equipment. Those gifts are extremely meaningful.

"Today's program is a meaningful message, it is much more valuable than lessons in books," Ms. Chi affirmed.

She also shared her thoughts and feelings with the capital's students in general and the students attending the program in particular.

"You are happy students, you study in a spacious school, you meet teachers and friends. Right now, your friends in many northern provinces are struggling to go to school. I want to say that so that you will appreciate more the life you are enjoying. You must be grateful to your teachers, family, parents and organizations that have given you the life you have today. You must be aware of sharing, giving and loving your friends in remote areas who are still hungry, facing many difficulties and hardships. With your young age, young age doing small things, depending on your strength, you should continue to contribute and share, with the heart of a child, the heart of an innocent soul, when you see your friends in trouble, you help them," Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Kim Chi advised the students.
