On March 10, speaking with VietNamNet, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoang, Principal of Huynh Thuc Khang High School (Buon Ho town, Dak Lak province) said that during the flag-raising ceremony at the beginning of the week, the school approved a decision to temporarily suspend the female student who beat her friend and used an electric shock to threaten her.

According to Mr. Hoang, the suspension period is 1 week, starting next Monday, student N. can return to school. However, if the police conclude that the incident is serious, the school will take more serious action.

According to the Principal of Huynh Thuc Khang High School, during the time N. is temporarily suspended from school, the family must cooperate with the school to manage and educate their child.

The principal also said that the school had reprimanded the student who distributed the clip and cut off the class's competition results. At the same time, the school had reviewed and learned lessons from the homeroom teacher and the students who witnessed the incident but did not stop it.

As VietNamNet reported, according to the school's verification results, PHYN (a 10th grader at Huynh Thuc Khang High School) had previously seen an anonymous post on social media that spoke ill of him. Suspecting that NTL (a classmate) was the one who wrote it, on the morning of March 4, after arriving at class, N. slapped L.'s face several times.

Not stopping there, while beating his friend, N. also brought an electric shocker (shaped like a lighter) to threaten his friend. The incident was filmed by another student and posted on social media, causing public outrage.

Considering that fighting and bringing weapons to school are serious, the school has sent a document with evidence to Thong Nhat Ward Police for investigation and clarification.
