The Department of Trade Remedies, Ministry of Industry and Trade informed that on June 24, 2024, the Department of Trade Remedies received information about the announcement of the Directorate General of Imports, Ministry of Trade of Türkiye (DGI) to hold a hearing in the case of final review of the anti-dumping duty order on conveyor belts originating or imported from China, India and Vietnam.
Accordingly, the hearing will be held at 14:30 on July 2, 2024 (Türkiye time) online. The registration deadline is June 28, 2024.
The Turkish Ministry of Commerce recommends that interested parties regularly monitor emails from DGI for accurate updates on the address and access platform of the Hearing; registration email address: [email protected].
The Department of Trade Defense said that in the anti-dumping case, Vietnamese manufacturing and exporting enterprises are related parties to the case and need to fully cooperate to prove that they are not dumping or dumping at low prices (if any).
In order to promptly respond to the case, the Trade Defense Department recommends the following contents to the relevant parties: Carefully study the instructions of the Turkish Ministry of Commerce; prepare the required documents and information, fully cooperate with the Turkish Ministry of Commerce throughout the entire process of the case; Regularly monitor emails from the Turkish Ministry of Commerce to update information on the address and access platform of the Hearing.
In case of necessity, the parties concerned can directly contact the Turkish Ministry of Commerce to request clarification of the contents; Proactively contact and coordinate with the Trade Defense Department to receive timely support.
