Major General Dinh Van Noi was appointed as Chief of Ha Long City Police.

Quang Ninh - This afternoon (October 12), in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work. Major General Dinh Van Noi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - chaired the ceremony. Attending the ceremony were Vu Quyet Tien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of Ha Long City Party Committee.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Police announced the Decision of the Provincial Police Director on the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Hai Phong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Ha Long City Party Committee, Head of the Ha Long City Police - to take up the job and hold the position of Head of the Mobile Police Department; transfer of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duy Dung - Member of the Provincial Police Party Committee, Head of the Environmental Crime Prevention Police Department - to take up the job and hold the position of Head of the Ha Long City Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Dinh Van Noi - Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - acknowledged the efforts of Colonel Nguyen Hai Phong and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duy Dung in the past time.

Assigning tasks to the new Chief of Ha Long City Police and the new Chief of Mobile Police Department, Major General Dinh Van Noi hopes that in their new positions, Colonel Nguyen Hai Phong and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duy Dung will continue to promote their capacity, expertise, and uphold their sense of responsibility to excellently complete the plans and goals assigned by the Provincial Police.

Also on the afternoon of October 12, the Standing Committee of the Ha Long City Party Committee presented the Decision on assignment, transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Quy - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Ha Long City Party Committee - to hold the position of Head of the Organization Committee of the Ha Long City Party Committee.
