According to locals, the most beautiful season in Suoi Thau is from October to December when the corn is ripe and the buckwheat and celosia flowers are in full bloom. The entrance fee to the garden is about 20,000 VND, some places accept bank transfers, but visitors should remember to prepare a certain amount of change in advance if they cannot pay by bank account. Mr. Sang said that in Suoi Thau, there is currently no homestay service, but only a few shops selling drinks and renting small ethnic costumes built in wooden huts at reasonable prices. “The road from Bac Ha to Suoi Thau is quite beautiful, the road has many passes but not too steep, high and has few hairpin bends. In addition, he also shared that he had a "half-crying, half-laughing" incident when following Google Maps, he mistakenly went onto a small dirt road through the forest that was very difficult to move, muddy and narrow. "Everyone should pay attention to go to Nan Ma commune, then continue straight towards Xin Man for about 5km more and then turn onto the concrete road to enter the grassland for safety," he said.
