(QNO) - On January 26, Thang Binh District Party Committee held a meeting to honor village and neighborhood Party cell secretaries on the occasion of welcoming the Spring of Giap Thin 2024.
At the meeting, the leaders of Thang Binh district informed that in 2023, the district's economy maintained a good growth rate, with total production value reaching 11,147 billion VND (100.73% of the plan), an increase of more than 9.1% compared to 2022; average income per capita reached 50.8 million VND, an increase of 5.83%.
The district has 3 more communes meeting new rural standards, bringing the total number of communes meeting new rural standards to 20/20 communes (100%); to date, 31 products have been recognized as meeting OCOP standards, including 4 4-star products and 27 3-star products. In 2023, Thang Binh will reduce 128 poor households (256% of the target)...
The leaders of Thang Binh district affirmed that the above achievements had the active contribution of the Party cell secretaries of villages and residential areas. They closely followed the leadership and direction of the Party Committees of communes and towns, focusing on directing the successful implementation of the political tasks of villages and residential areas.
On this occasion, Thang Binh district honored 23 village and neighborhood Party cell secretaries with good achievements in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of political tasks in the locality in 2023.
