The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee supervises the election of village and ward chiefs for the 2025-2027 term.

On December 14, the monitoring delegation of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngan, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, had a meeting to monitor the preparation for the election of village and ward chiefs for the 2025-2027 term in a number of communes and towns in Tien Yen district.

The working group supervises at the polling station in Tam Thinh ward, Tien Yen town.

Accordingly, the Delegation conducted on-site supervision at a number of polling stations in Tien Yen town. Through supervision at a number of cultural houses - the locations where the elections for village and neighborhood chiefs took place in the locality, the Delegation noted that the villages and neighborhoods of Tien Yen district had well implemented the Law on Grassroots Democracy, fully complied with the consultation steps as prescribed by law. The candidates were all individuals with capacity, prestige, and enthusiasm in the community, highly trusted by the people, meeting the requirements for performing the tasks assigned by the Party, State and people.

The monitoring delegation listened to the election teams report on preparations for the election on December 15.

Up to now, according to the report of Tien Yen district, 76/76 polling stations have completed all preparations for the election of village and ward chiefs in the area. The whole district has 13,404 voters representing households participating in the election on December 15.

Through on-site supervision, Comrade Nguyen Thi Ngan, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparations for the election of village and ward chiefs in Tien Yen district. She emphasized that to ensure the election is successful, the Fatherland Front and the People's Committees of localities need to continue to coordinate closely, seriously implement the steps according to regulations, and ensure the implementation of the Law on Democracy at the Grassroots Level. Continue to promote propaganda about the purpose, meaning and importance of the election of village and ward chiefs; carefully prepare facilities, equipment and conditions for election day, so that election day truly becomes a festival for all people.
