Kinhtedothi - Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Tien, Chief of Tien Hai District Police, was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police.
On January 17, Thai Binh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province; Colonel Tran Xuan Anh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police Department chaired the ceremony.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Tran Xuan Anh - Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security appointing Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Tien - Head of Tien Hai District Police - to hold the position of Deputy Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Xuan Anh congratulated Senior Colonel Pham Thanh Tien on being honored to be trusted and assigned a new task by the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security.
Colonel Tran Xuan Anh hopes that in his new position, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Tien will continue to promote his capacity, strengths, and experience, promptly accept and immediately start his duties, unite and unify with the Party Committee of the Provincial Police to regularly coordinate closely with departments, branches, and localities to do a good job of advising the Party Committee, the government, and leading and directing to ensure good security and order in the area, and excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Party, the State, the industry, and the people.
In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police thanked the Central Party Committee of Public Security and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for their trust and assignment, affirming that this is an honor and pride but also a very heavy responsibility.
In his new position, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Tien promises to continuously study, practice, and cultivate theory in conjunction with practice, promote intelligence, spirit, and responsibility, and together with the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department Board of Directors, successfully carry out the task of ensuring national security, maintaining social order and safety, for the peaceful and happy life of the people, and building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern Thai Binh Provincial Police force.
