On February 21, the People's Committee of Phu Yen province held a conference to announce the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work after restructuring and streamlining the apparatus.
At the conference, Mr. Dao My, Vice Chairman of Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee, announced the Resolution at the 25th Session of the 8th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026 on the arrangement of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee.
Leaders of Phu Yen province presented flowers to leaders of departments, branches and the Provincial People's Committee Office.
After the reorganization, the People's Committee of Phu Yen province has 13 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee (reducing 6 specialized agencies), including: Department of Construction; Department of Finance; Department of Agriculture and Environment; Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Education and Training; Department of Science and Technology; Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism; Department of Health; Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; Department of Home Affairs; Department of Justice; Provincial Inspectorate; Office of the Provincial People's Committee.
Also at the conference, the Provincial People's Committee's decisions on personnel leadership of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee were announced. Specifically, Mr. Huynh Lu Tan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Tuy Hoa City Party Committee, was appointed to the position of Head of the Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board.
Appoint Mr. Tran Xuan Tuc, Director of the Department of Construction to hold the position of Director of the Department of Construction (after merging with the Department of Transport); Mr. Truong Ngoc Tuan, Director of the Department of Home Affairs to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Ms. Dao Pham Hoang Quyen, Director of the Department of Information and Communications to hold the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology.

Appoint Mr. Dang Hong Linh, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Mobilize and appoint Mr. Vo Dinh Tien, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, assign and manage the activities of the Provincial People's Committee Office while waiting for the position of Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office to be completed.
Appoint Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoa, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment (after merging with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development), and assign him to be in charge of the department while waiting for the completion of the position of director of the department.
The People's Committee of Phu Yen province also announced the decisions to appoint deputy directors of departments and branches. Of which, the Department of Construction has 5 deputy directors including Mr. Nguyen Van Dong, Nguyen Dinh An (both deputy directors of the Department of Construction) and Mr. Nguyen Tan Chan, Pham Van Tien, Nguyen Xuan Canh (all deputy directors of the Department of Transport).
Mr. Tran Xuan Tuc, Director of the Department of Construction of Phu Yen province (born in 1978), hometown in Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province. Mr. Tuc used to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Phu Yen province. In 2020, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction of Phu Yen province.
