On the morning of February 20, the People's Committee of Tu Ky district (Hai Duong) organized the announcement of the resolution on the organization of specialized agencies under the District People's Committee and decisions on personnel work.
According to the decisions, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuy (born in 1974, Head of the Department of Internal Affairs) holds the position of Head of the Department of Internal Affairs; at the same time, 4 deputy heads of the department are appointed.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan (born in 1972, Head of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development) holds the position of Head of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; at the same time, 5 deputy heads of the department were appointed. Mr. Nguyen Van Khuong (born in 1965), Head of the District Department of Natural Resources and Environment, requested early retirement.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chung (born in 1970, Head of Economic and Infrastructure Department) holds the position of Head of the District Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department; at the same time, 2 deputy heads of the department are appointed.
Ms. Truong Thi Toan (born in 1983, Head of the District Department of Culture and Information) holds the position of Head of the District Department of Culture, Science and Information; at the same time, 1 deputy head of the department is appointed.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan (born in 1972, Head of the Department of Education and Training of Tu Ky district) was appointed to the position of Head of the Department of Education and Training of the district; at the same time, 2 deputy heads of the department were appointed.
On the same morning, the People's Council of Tu Ky district, term XX, 2021-2026, held the 18th session (special session) to pass a Resolution on the organization of specialized agencies under the District People's Committee.
According to the Resolution, Tu Ky District People's Committee maintains 4 specialized agencies: Office of People's Council and People's Committee; Department of Justice; Department of Finance and Planning; Inspectorate.
Arrange and reorganize 6 specialized agencies including establishing the Department of Home Affairs on the basis of merging the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Home Affairs; the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources on the basis of merging the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and receiving the task of poverty reduction from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas on the basis of receiving the functions and tasks of advising on state management of construction, traffic, industry and trade in the district from the Department of Economy and Infrastructure. The Department of Culture, Science and Information on the basis of receiving all the functions and tasks of the Department of Culture and Information and the functions and tasks of science and technology from the Department of Economy and Infrastructure.
Reorganize the Health Department based on the current functions and tasks of the Health Department and take over additional functions and tasks on social protection, children, and social evils prevention from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Reorganize the Department of Education and Training based on the current functions and tasks of the Department of Education and Training and receive additional functions and tasks on vocational education from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
After the reorganization, 2 specialized agencies and 2 department heads were reduced.
