On the afternoon of March 25, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the site clearance work and the progress of infrastructure construction of Thaco - Thai Binh Industrial Park in Quynh Phu District. Accompanying him was Comrade Lai Van Hoan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected and directed the progress of the investment project to build and operate the infrastructure of Thaco - Thai Binh Industrial Park (Quynh Phu).

The Thaco - Thai Binh Industrial Park project is invested by Thaco - Thai Binh Agricultural Industrial Park Investment Company Limited. The project has a scale of more than 194 hectares, located in the communes of An Thai, An Ninh and An Cau (Quynh Phu). Up to now, Quynh Phu district has paid compensation, support and completed the land acquisition work of nearly 192 hectares of agricultural land, reclaimed land from 1,067 households to hand over to the investor to implement the project. The district is focusing on land acquisition of 94 households in Luong Cau village, An Cau commune; coordinating with the electricity sector to develop a plan to move the 220kV high-voltage power line. On the investor's side, the construction of foundations, road surfaces, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, and communication systems in the industrial park has been carried out.

After directly inspecting the field, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed: Thaco - Thai Binh Industrial Park project is one of the key projects of the province, having important significance for the socio-economic development goals of the locality. Therefore, he requested the investor to speed up the implementation progress, ensure the project is put into operation soon, avoid wasting land resources.

He requested Quynh Phu district to focus on directing the site clearance work for the remaining area, ensuring the progress of land handover to investors. Along with that, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda work to create consensus among the people; closely coordinate with investors in compensation payment, resettlement support and stabilizing the lives of people in the project area.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee and the Quynh Phu district government will always accompany, support and create the most favorable conditions for investors throughout the project implementation process.

On the same afternoon, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the working delegation inspected the progress of the land acquisition and clearance project for the restoration, preservation and tourism development of Nam Cao linen weaving village in Thong Nhat commune (Kien Xuong) invested by Hanhsilk Joint Stock Company.
