Therefore, consumers should clean air conditioners regularly every 3-6 months, especially before and during the peak sunny season, and should choose a reputable unit to ensure safety and long-term efficiency.

According to Mr. Tai, the price for cleaning air conditioners at home ranges from 120,000-180,000 VND/time, depending on the type of machine (wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted or industrial air conditioner), the condition of dirt and the installation location.

The service package usually includes a general machine check, cleaning of the condenser and evaporator, gas check, vacuuming and gas pumping if necessary. On average, each cleaning session takes about 1-2 hours of work.
