Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Vu Dai Thang emphasized that the outstanding results achieved in 2024 were the efforts and struggles of the entire political system and people of all ethnic groups in the province; including important contributions from the People's Council and People's Council delegates at all levels. At the 9th Session of the 19th People's Council of Tuyen Quang Province, which took place from December 3-5, the People's Council of Tuyen Quang Province unanimously approved the draft resolution on Allocation of the State budget investment plan to implement the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas in 2025. Accordingly, the total State budget investment plan to implement the Program is 486,385 billion VND; of which the central budget capital is 466,542 billion VND and the provincial budget counterpart capital is 19,843 billion VND. Specifically, the capital is allocated in detail according to 8 component projects, including: Solving the shortage of residential land, housing, production land, and domestic water 18,561 billion VND; Planning, arranging, relocating, and stabilizing residents in necessary places 7,572 billion VND; Developing sustainable agricultural and forestry production, promoting the potential and strengths of mountainous regions to develop commodity production according to the value chain of 23,140 billion VND; Investing in essential infrastructure, serving production and life in ethnic minority and mountainous areas and public service units in the ethnic sector 328,319 billion VND; Developing education and training to improve the quality of human resources 64,338 billion VND; Preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development 20,127 billion VND... Also at the meeting, the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province passed many important draft resolutions such as: Resolution on allocating the State budget investment plan to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in Tuyen Quang province in 2025 with a total State budget investment plan estimated at 86,155 billion VND; Resolution on allocating the State budget capital plan to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Development in Tuyen Quang province in 2025 with a total State budget capital plan of VND 216,299 billion... In 2024, the total product in Tuyen Quang province at current prices is estimated at VND 50,744 billion; the GRDP growth rate is estimated at 9.02%, this is the highest growth rate of the province in the past 10 years. The average GRDP per capita at current prices is estimated at VND 61.92 million/person/year. In addition, the production value of service industries (2010 comparable prices) increased by 9.38% compared to 2023; the industrial production value increased by 16% compared to 2023; the production value of agriculture, forestry and fishery increased by 4.85% compared to 2023; attracted 2,887.5 thousand tourists, reaching 105% of the plan; total revenue from tourists reached 3,708 billion VND, reaching 103% of the plan, up 9% compared to 2023; state budget revenue in the area reached 4,099.9 billion VND, reaching 106.2% of the estimate, up 33.1% compared to 2023...

Election of additional Vice Chairman of the People's Council, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province On December 5, the People's Council of Dak Lak province, term X, 2021 - 2026, held the opening session of the 9th session. At the session, the People's Council of Dak Lak province carried out the procedure of dismissing Mr. Vo Van Canh from the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Also at the meeting, delegates voted to elect Mr. Truong Cong Thai, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, to the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 10th term, 2021 - 2026. Mr. Truong Cong Thai was elected with 100% of the delegates present in favor. Mr. Truong Cong Thai was born in 1969, hometown Quang Binh province; political theory level: Senior; professional level: Bachelor of Economics, Master of Development Economics. Speaking at the meeting, Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung affirmed that the dismissal and election of a number of positions of the Provincial People's Council and Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term aims to fully complete the positions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and Provincial People's Committee according to regulations.
