Sunshine Homes Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: SSH) has just announced information about changes in senior personnel. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the company has decided to dismiss the position of General Director and legal representative of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Ngoc (born in 1977), effective from March 18.
Replacing Ms. Ngoc in this position is Mr. Jun Sungbae. Before his appointment, Mr. Jun Sungbae did not hold any position in the Board of Directors or Board of Directors of Sunshine Homes.

As of the end of the trading session on March 18, 2025, SSH shares had 8 consecutive increasing sessions, including 3 consecutive ceiling price sessions, reaching 117,600 VND/share, approaching the historical peak in early January 2022 (120,900 VND/share).
Similarly, KSF shares also recorded 11 consecutive sessions of increase, including 5 ceiling sessions, bringing the market price to 72,700 VND/share, the highest level in more than 2 years.
