The greatest mission in my life is to create Vietnamese branded products with the most advanced technology, the cheapest prices to serve people nationwide.

Having held high positions in multinational corporations in this field, I understand that corporations often dominate the markets of developing countries, but the profits belong to the main corporation. As a Vietnamese, I want every family, regardless of circumstances, to have access to quality, healthy products. Bell Germany products are manufactured on the most modern production lines in Germany (the leading country in technology in Europe) and apply the latest super nano enzyme biotechnology...

- In 20 years of business, what was your most difficult decision?

- That was when I decided to give up my high-ranking, well-paid job at a multinational corporation to build a Vietnamese brand, serving the Vietnamese people. At that time, the work was overwhelming, I had insomnia continuously, many difficulties seemed insurmountable, I wanted to give up. However, as mentioned, with the determination for the mission mentioned above, I overcame everything. Up to now, Bell Duc products are present in all provinces and cities, loved by people, making me more confident in the path I have chosen despite many difficulties ahead.

- How to solve the problem of Vietnamese branded products with the most advanced technology and the cheapest price in a market dominated by many "big guys" of the world, madam?

- Bell Germany Group sets out 4 key solutions to build a quality brand. That is to have the most advanced technology; create a closed ecosystem, prioritize available raw materials in Vietnam, no new imports; determine the mindset of serving people long-term; prioritize the use of high-quality human resources in Vietnam. Advanced technology, a closed ecosystem from production to packaging will help reduce product costs. However, new technology is not cheap, but to achieve the mission that we pursue, for myself and Bell Germany's mindset, profit is not the number 1 issue. In this field, people often set profits at least from 5% - 10%. We choose a much more modest number, but with product quality that is truly good for health, each person is also a special shareholder of Bell Germany. People are the center of service, our present and also our future.

In addition, prioritizing the use of high-quality Vietnamese human resources is also the principle that Bell Duc aims for. There are many Vietnamese people working as CEOs for multinational corporations, which is sometimes a waste. Currently, many people who have worked for large multinational corporations are working or cooperating with Bell Duc. Together with me, they - with their relationships and personal prestige - will also bring many cooperation opportunities, advanced technology, and larger subsidy programs than foreign corporations so that Vietnamese people can benefit. In short, culture is also our biggest goal: Putting users at the center, from which to plan short-term and long-term strategies.

- During the days of the Covid-19 pandemic, the German Bell Group accompanied the Capital Security to donate hand sanitizer to frontline forces, schools, and disadvantaged areas. Those must be unforgettable memories for you?

- That's right. At that time, the hand sanitizer product we produced was "sold out". People came to the factory to fight for each box. While the whole country was confused and worried, I also felt sorry for my fellow countrymen. I decided to stop selling hand sanitizer after 4 days and decided to accompany An ninh Thu do - a newspaper that I know has always been persistent in social and charitable activities. During those days, dozens of trucks continuously transported goods to give to people in difficult places, public places, schools, hospitals... Looking at the elderly, motorbike taxi drivers or children happily receiving those gifts, we understood that helping people feel more confident in difficult times is the most valuable thing. We always determined that we must be responsible to the community. Wherever people are still in difficulty, we will go. With this series of activities, we are very assured with the companionship of An ninh Thu do...

- As General Secretary and President To Lam emphasized when chairing the program to celebrate the 79th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam recently: "Vietnam will enter a new era, an era of national growth", what will you and Bell Duc do and how will you contribute?

- In the era of national development, each enterprise must also raise its head to affirm the Vietnamese brand, dominate the market and reach out to the world; dare to compete fairly with multinational corporations; take the lead in digital transformation, we are confident in our technology and direction. With 2 research institutes in operation, 1 research institute in the process of establishment, Bell Germany confidently affirms that there will be family products that people can enjoy the latest technological achievements.
