On July 14, the Provincial Military Party Committee held a mid-term review conference to implement the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Military Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee chaired; Colonel Nghiem Dinh Trung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command and leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Party building committees attended.
Provincial Party Secretary, Provincial Military Party Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan chaired the conference.
During the past half term, the Provincial Party Committee and Military Command thoroughly grasped the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels and the directions of higher levels, well performed the advisory function for the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct local defense work; completed 100% of the targets for military recruitment, national defense and security education, and military rear policies; actively and effectively coordinated in preventing and fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area.
Every year, Bac Ninh completes 100% of its military recruitment target.
In particular, advising and successfully organizing the provincial defense zone exercise in 2022; firmly consolidating the potential and posture of national defense and security; the training level and combat readiness of the provincial military have positive and solid changes; logistics and technical work meet the requirements of the task; the comprehensive leadership capacity of Party committees and organizations at all levels has been improved, the Provincial Military Party Committee has continuously completed its tasks well and excellently, the Provincial Military Command is comprehensively strong, "exemplary, typical", and has been commended by the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region 1 and the Provincial People's Committee.
The Provincial Military Command successfully organized the 2022 Provincial Military Training Exercise.
With a frank and serious spirit, the conference discussed and evaluated the results, clarified shortcomings and limitations, analyzed the causes and agreed on directions, tasks and solutions (including adding 7 tasks and adjusting 5 targets) to implement the Resolution of the Military Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan emphasized: In the remaining half of the term, the Provincial Military Party Committee will focus on building a strong Party Committee and Provincial Armed Forces in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. Continue to lead and implement well the three breakthroughs set forth by the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Military Party Congress, which are advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the construction of solid military works in the KVPT; create strong changes in building discipline and discipline at all levels in the Provincial Armed Forces; promote the responsibility of setting examples of the leading cadres, saying goes hand in hand with doing... determined to strive to complete and exceed the targets set by the Congress.
