On the morning of June 3, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of the province organized a dialogue with enterprises, cooperatives, and business households in 2023 with the theme "Ready to remove difficulties and promote development".

The conference received 130 direct and written comments, focusing on the following issues: Access to land policies; planning; administrative procedure reform; support for agricultural production, land accumulation; interest rate support, tax deferral and reduction; handling environmental pollution; ensuring urban order... In the spirit of frankness and openness, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan and representatives of expert groups and leaders of departments, branches and localities participated in answering and resolving difficulties and problems of enterprises, cooperatives and business households. For comments that were not answered at the conference, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities to review, classify and respond in writing within 7 days after the conference ended. Hopefully, businesses, cooperatives, and business households will continue to send questions to the Expert Groups for Solving Difficulties, with the focal point being the Institute for Socio-Economic Development Research, to share, ensure benefits, and create motivation for businesses, cooperatives, and business households to develop in the coming time.

Speaking at the Conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan emphasized: Over the past 27 years of re-establishment, Bac Ninh has had remarkable development in both socio-economics, many development indicators are among the top in the country, the position of the province is increasingly enhanced. That result is thanks to the contribution of the business community, cooperatives and business households.

In order to overcome difficulties, help domestic enterprises, cooperatives, and business households promote their endogenous strength and develop sustainably, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Department of Information and Communications to coordinate in completing, propagating, and publicizing the software for receiving and reflecting business recommendations; synthesizing unresolved recommendations and reporting to the province on the 25th of each month. The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee reviews working regulations, administrative reforms, properly and fully implements commitments to create trust with businesses in the spirit of thinking honestly, speaking honestly, doing honestly, and bringing about real results. Expert groups need to research and issue coordination regulations to handle and resolve recommendations effectively. The Department of Science and Technology properly implements the roadmap of Strategies and Programs for developing science, technology and innovation, supporting businesses in technological innovation. Business associations are interested in connecting the value chains of domestic enterprises and FDI enterprises.

On the side of the business community, cooperatives, and business households, the Provincial Party Secretary wishes to share the province's vision and aspirations regarding prioritizing investment fields, industries, and technologies that are environmentally friendly, have high scientific and technological content, create value, and are connected to the global supply chain. Committedly, the provincial leaders and departments, branches, and localities will continue to listen to, record proposals, recommendations, and aspirations from the business community, cooperatives, and business households to provide timely directions and decisions, creating a favorable and equal business environment for domestic enterprises.
