In the announcement, the Hanoi People's Committee also affirmed that "BlackPink World Tour 2023" is a large-scale, international cultural event.

The program is held in many countries around the world and if successfully held in Hanoi, it will contribute to enhancing the image of Hanoi - Vietnam as a safe and friendly destination for international friends, promoting tourism, affirming Vietnam's ability to organize major events, and at the same time being an opportunity for Hanoi to exchange and develop the cultural industry.
Hanoi also considers this an opportunity for Hanoi to exchange and develop cultural industry according to Resolution 09 of the City Party Committee on Developing Cultural Industry in the Capital for the period 2021-2025, orientation to 2030, vision to 2045.
