The Ministry of Industry and Trade issued a decision to conduct a final review of the application of anti-dumping measures on some cold-rolled steel products.
According to the Department of Trade Remedies, on December 25, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3565/QD-BCT on the final review of the application of anti-dumping measures on some cold-rolled (cold-pressed) steel products in coil or plate form originating from the People's Republic of China (Case number: ER01.AD08).
The final review will assess the necessity, reasonableness and socio-economic impact of the extension of the measure; determine whether the termination of the measure is likely to continue or recur dumping and injury to the domestic industry.

According to legal regulations, the Department of Trade Defense said that after initiating an investigation, the Investigation Agency will send an investigation questionnaire to relevant parties to collect information to analyze and evaluate the following contents: the possibility of imported goods being dumped if anti-dumping measures are terminated; the possibility of the domestic industry being significantly damaged or threatened with significant damage if the application of anti-dumping measures is terminated; and the causal relationship between the possibility of dumping and the possibility of damage suffered by the domestic industry.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade will review and verify the information provided by relevant parties before completing the official investigation conclusion on the case.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade recommends that all organizations and individuals currently importing, exporting, distributing, trading, and using investigated goods register as related parties and provide necessary information to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to ensure their rights and interests in accordance with the law.
According to the notice, organizations and individuals register as related parties according to the Related Party Registration Form in Appendix I issued with Circular No. 37/2019/TT-BCT and send it to the Investigation Authority via the Online Trade Defense Dossier Receiving System (TRAV ONLINE - https://online.trav.gov.vn) within sixty (60) working days from the effective date of the decision to conduct the review.
At the same time, the Interested Party Registration Application can be sent to the Investigation Authority by post or email. The deadline for interested party registration is March 19, 2025.
