This is the model chosen by the Provincial Police to build a pilot before expanding it to other agencies and units in the coming time.
Attending the conference were comrade Giang Seo Van, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; officials and experts of the professional departments of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
At the conference, the decision to establish the model of "Agency to ensure security and order" was announced.
Over the years, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has ensured good security, order and social safety. The unit has done a good job of security, fire prevention and fighting, preventing the loss of documents of the agency and individuals in the agency; no cadres, civil servants and public employees have violated the law or committed social evils; no smoking, no use of alcohol or beer before, during working hours, lunch break on working days and on duty days. 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees comply with the agency's internal rules and regulations; well implement the democratic regulations and administrative reform.
By the end of May 2024, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee had achieved 10/14 criteria of the movement "All people protect national security".
The model of “Security and Order Assurance Agency” of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee consists of 8 members. The model was established to promote the spirit of self-awareness of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in preventing, detecting, stopping, and combating violations of the law, criminal activities, social evils, and other criminal activities to ensure security and order at the agency.
The model is built based on the following criteria: every year, the agency's Party cell has a resolution and plan to effectively implement the work of ensuring security, order, preventing crimes and building the movement "All people protect national security"; has a registration and commitment to strive to build an agency that meets standards on safety, security and order; cadres, civil servants and employees strictly implement all policies and guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State, do not violate internal rules and regulations, do not commit social evils, strictly comply with laws on traffic order and safety; the assets of the agency, cadres and civil servants are safely protected.
Along with that, the Steering Committee of the model regularly coordinates with functional forces to promptly resolve incidents that occur; incorporates the emulation to build the model of "Agency to ensure security and order" into the movement "All people protect national security" and the emulation and reward activities of the agency, concretizing them into emulation criteria, evaluation, classification of collectives and individuals...
